Studio Safety: Your Well-Being, Our Priority
Children Policy:
Our licensed studio provides permanent makeup and waxing services, which involve hot wax, electronic heating devices, needles, and various tools throughout the space. To maintain a safe environment, children under 12 must be supervised at all times. They cannot be left alone in the lobby or enter the service room while a parent or guardian is receiving a service. If you do not have supervision for your child during your appointment, please reschedule. Additionally, our studio is located on a busy road, and unsupervised children could be at risk.
Pet Policy:
For the safety and comfort of all our clients, pets are not permitted on the premises.
Appointment Scheduling & fees
Credit card information on file is used exclusively for enforcing the policies outlined below
Re-scheduling Policy:
To reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 6 hours' notice to avoid a 50% charge. This allows us to accommodate other clients and effectively manage our schedule.
No-Show Policy & Fees:
If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be required to pay the full service fee. Repeated no-shows may lead to termination of your client status or switching to a walk-in only basis, with no guaranteed availability.
Cancellation Policy & Fees:
To cancel your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours' notice to allow us to fill the time slot. Cancellations within 12 hours will incur a 50% charge, while no-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Late Policy:
We aim to accommodate late arrivals, but our schedule is organized in 15-minute intervals. If you arrive 5 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service to fit the remaining time without disrupting other appointments. Arriving more than 5 minutes late for a 15-minute appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
Please text us if you’re running late so we can inform you of any impact on your appointment.

Rewards Program & Prepaid Policy
Reward Points Policy:
Reward points have no cash value and cannot be used for gratuities or taxes.Points are non-transferable and cannot be sold.Accounts become inactive after 365 days of no service at our studio, leading to the expiration of reward points.
Points cannot be combined with promotions, series packages, or discounted services.
Referral points are awarded when the referred customer completes their purchase.
Points are earned through waxing or product purchases, but not for permanent makeup services.
Participation in the rewards program requires opting in with a valid email address for promotional updates.

Non-Refundable: Prepaid packages are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Selected Services Only: Prepaid packages apply to select waxing services only, specified at the time of purchase.

Sharing: Packages can be shared with friends and family upon request.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice results in the forfeiture of one session.

Expiration: Any unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited.
Additional Policies
Service Refusal
Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if necessary.
Guest Policy
Guests are not permitted in service rooms.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in our studio.
Photography/Video
Photography, video recording, or streaming is prohibited in service rooms.
Payment:
We do not accept checks.
Retail Products:
All retail products are non-refundable.
Deposits:
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellations will result in the loss of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
To reschedule without penalty, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made within 48 hours will forfeit your deposit.
No-Show Policy:
Failing to attend your appointment will result in charges for the full service, including any touch-ups.
Late Policy:
Arriving more than 20 minutes late may lead to forfeiting your deposit. Additionally, if you have previous brow work, you must provide a picture before your appointment.
Touch-Ups:
Touch-ups are available only on fully healed skin. Scheduling before healing may result in the loss of your deposit.
All transactions are final, and refunds are not provided.
